​Inner Rhythm is a fun, open-ended exploration of sound, silence, rhythm and imagination. You don’t need to be an artist, musician, filmmaker or storyteller to participate. Just bring an idea and have fun with it.

​What do you have to do?

​Create a 1-minute audio story based on anything that inspires you — a memory, emotion, everyday moment, imaginary situation, funny incident or even something completely random.

​You can use:

👣 Everyday sounds
🎵 Music
🔔 Objects around you
🤫 Silence & pauses
🎭 Different voices or characters

​You can simply record it on your phone. No professional equipment or editing skills needed.

​At the session, we’ll listen to everyone’s audio and see how differently each of us imagines the same story through sound.

​There’s no right or wrong way to do it. Just listen, experiment and have fun.
