This month we welcome Nancy Hong, managing partner at HiTide Venture Capital. Nancy is a scientist turned biotech investor in San Diego. She has worked on multiple VC teams as well as doing stints in Big Pharma and startup biotech. She did postdoctoral research at UCSF and UC San Diego in cancer biology, her PhD at UC Berkeley in immunology, and her BS in biology at Caltech. She is on the SAB of Curebound and the board of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra.

This event is located in Room 208 of the Design and Innovation Building (DIB). The building entrances are located across from the Structural Materials and Engineering building or next to the UC San Diego Central Campus Station bus and trolley stop.

The easiest way to get to the DIB is by taking the MTS trolley UC San Diego Blue Line and getting off at the UC San Diego Central Campus stop. The trolley stop is a short 1 minute walk to the DIB.
Parking
