Meet the Speakers
Janet Boudreau Ceddia — CEO, Addtronics
Janet is CEO of Addtronics, a private equity-backed platform of precision automation machine builders serving life sciences companies across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, where she leads five operating companies and 125 employees. Since joining in 2023, she has driven 75% EBITDA growth, integrated six acquisitions, and grown aftermarket sales to over 30% of revenue. Across her career, Janet has led more than 30 M&A transactions, founded and scaled two businesses of her own, and served on boards for over two decades. She is a Harvard Business School MBA and former McKinsey engagement manager.
Priyansha Bagaria — Founder & CEO, Loopr AI
Priyansha is the founder and CEO of Loopr AI, the Seattle-based AI-powered quality intelligence platform built for manufacturers. Inspired by her family's manufacturing business in India, where she saw firsthand how defects go unnoticed, she founded Loopr in 2021 to bring computer vision and machine learning directly to the production line — helping manufacturers catch defects faster, reduce waste, and scale with confidence. Priyansha was recently named a finalist for Women Tech Entrepreneur of the Year at the empowHERaccess Global Prestige Awards, and Loopr has been featured in GeekWire and showcased at Seattle Tech Week.
Moderated by Jo VanDerSnick — Relationship Executive & Commercial Banker, JPMorgan Chase
Jo helps middle market companies achieve their growth plans through access to capital, treasury services, and digital integration of finance operations. Based in Seattle, she brings the full capabilities of JPMorgan Chase to growing companies across the Pacific Northwest, including many in manufacturing and advanced industries.
