In the first session for the day you’ll hear how to navigate the early days of building a sales machine. We discuss how to prioritise sales and product in the early days, as well as which first hires drive progress — and which don’t. By the end of this session, you’ll understand the key metrics and milestones that separate stumbling from scaling on the road to $5m ARR.
3:00pm - 4:00pm: From Hustle to Repeatability - Building a GTM Framework
This session digs into the practical steps to turn scrappy hustle into a scalable GTM engine. We’ll cover how to nail your ICP, build a process that doesn’t collapse under growth, and ensure sales, marketing, and product all feed into the same loop. You’ll leave with clear guidance on the frameworks that help you scale from founder-driven deals to a predictable revenue engine.
4:00pm - 5:00pm: Turbocharging Growth - Marketing, Brand, and Pipeline
In this session we’ll explore how early-stage teams can punch above their weight through smart marketing and brand. We’ll dive into demand generation tactics that deliver outsized results, unpack real examples of breakout campaigns, and show how startups can build scalable pipeline that accelerates sales growth.
