About Event

There’s no single path into UX and no single way to stand out.

Join us for a full-day conference exploring how people across design and research have discovered their niche and built meaningful, impactful careers. Through a keynote, lightning talks, an interactive workshop, and a panel featuring professionals from companies like Adobe, Amazon, and Meta, you’ll hear real stories about navigating uncertainty, building confidence, and shaping your own path in UX.

Whether you’re just getting started or figuring out your next step, this conference is designed to help you better understand what makes you you and how to turn that into your strength.

What to expect:

  • 🎤 A keynote on personal branding and carving your own path in UX

  • ⚡ Lightning talks on leadership, play, and career growth

  • 🛠️ A hands-on workshop to level up your portfolio

  • 💬 A panel featuring women across product design, UX research, content design, and more

  • 🤝 Built-in time for networking with peers, speakers, and industry professionals

Throughout the day, you’ll be able to connect with tabling sponsors who are sharing about their products and teams, offering swag, and open to networking and, in some cases, hiring. Some companies will also have virtual resume drops, so have your portfolio and resume digitally ready to submit. Tabling sponsors include Amazon (Design + IT Services), Adobe, Meta, Rive, Figma, Framer, and Perplexity.
