Procurement teams are running more sourcing events every year with the same number of people. The projects that get run properly are the ones somebody had time for. The rest get waved through, or they wait.
Most of the tools built to fix that ask your team to leave the place they already work and learn something new. Caddygo does not. The agents run inside the workspace your company already has, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. In Outlook or Gmail, in Word or Docs etc. - anywhere the work already happens.

The evening
Alejandro Basterrechea opens with "AI in Procurement: A Reality Check." He has spent more than 20 years in procurement leadership roles across retail, semiconductors, rail and aerospace, and was Procurement Director (CPO) at Zalando SE, where he was responsible for multi-billion euro annual spend and led the AI transformation of the function. He won the Procurement Leaders Award for organisational transformation. Today he is a co-founder of hejONE, which helps organisation deliver value through expert advisory services and/or tailored AI-powered tools for strategic procurement.
Then we show what we built: AI sourcing agents that carry a sourcing project end to end without anyone opening a new tool.
Then you try it. Two Caddygo Stations will be set up, one running inside Microsoft 365 and one inside Google Workspace. Sit down at a laptop and take a sourcing project the whole way: send the request a stakeholder would send, get the RFx drafted back, and put the offers side by side. A few clicks, with someone from the team next to you to answer whatever you want to ask. Not a recorded demo, and nothing to set up.
Food and drinks throughout, and enough time to talk to the other people in the room, who are as much the point of the evening as the programme is.
