SHE'S READY TO AI

​A few years ago I started https://www.shesready2.ai/, to live in a world with More women who build. More women CEOs! and it lead to a community of ~500 women in tech.

​This was before ChatGPT. As an investor and a former ML engineer, I was getting pitched by all-male teams saying they wish they hired more technical women, but they're hard to find.

​Now with LLMs, it's a lot easier for everyone to build. Yet the environments we are building in, are yet to adapt. People don't upgrade as fast as AI.

​LET'S JOIN FORCES! I am gathering with girlfriends who are AI Researchers, and you are invited as well to brainstorm with us on how we can encourage more women to build AI and how we can improve the lives of those already working in the field. Anyone can contribute in any capacity, even just saying what they'd like more of or less of.

​Let's grow the community of women in tech, together. This is a hobby, not a for-profit endeavor. Let's make it better!
