ISOC leadership often looks organised on the outside, but privately you may be tired, stretched, and quietly questioning your intention, energy and spiritual grounding.
Burnout, people-pleasing, and constantly “holding things together” can slowly drain sincerity, joy and connection to Allah.

This closed online session is a space to pause.

A space to reflect on intention, emotional strain, spiritual fatigue and how to lead without losing your heart

Ustadha Blake will guide sisters through the inner realities of leadership, helping us protect sincerity, set healthy boundaries, and remain spiritually anchored while serving the Ummah.
