Join the Service Design Network community and Miro for a hands-on workshop of AI's impact on service experiences while trying out Miro's new AI tools.
On Sept 10th, 2026 at 4:30p, design professionals will gather at Miro's San Francisco office to participate in a interactive workshop to stress test AI in a real-life scenario. We will move beyond the theoretical to actively map, critique, and redesign a complex, AI-integrated service scenario.
Connect with fellow designers, experiment with advanced Miro AI capabilities, and tackle real-world friction points in modern service ecosystems.
