As Our Studio Wellness turns TWO this July, we’re reflecting on the relationships that shape us, support us, challenge us, and help us grow.
In a time where we’re more connected digitally than ever, emotional intimacy can still feel hard to access. Many of us crave deeper connection, but struggle with communication, vulnerability, attachment patterns, and knowing how to let ourselves be fully seen.
This July, join Our Studio Wellness for a 90-minute mind-body experience blending movement, mindful reflection, and a therapist-guided conversation centered on emotional intimacy, closeness, and meaningful connection.
Together, we’ll explore how to communicate more honestly, navigate attachment dynamics with greater awareness, and build relationships that feel more aligned, supportive, and emotionally safe.

This rooftop session weaves together grounding movement, reflective conversation, mindfulness-based journaling, and guided meditation. Together, we’ll explore what it means to create deeper connection with both ourselves and others, while celebrating two years of community, conversation, and collective growth.

Meditation & Reset
Begin with grounding breathwork to help regulate the nervous system, soften emotional defenses, and create space for presence and connection.
Vinyasa Yoga
Led by Our Studio Wellness founder Justine Chun, this supportive flow focuses on heart-opening movement, emotional release, and reconnecting to the body as a source of awareness and safety.
Therapist-Guided Conversation & Journaling
Led by Nicole Brown, LCSW, founder of Small Victories this month’s reflection will explore:
Emotional intimacy and what it really means to feel connected
Communication patterns and attachment dynamics
The fear of vulnerability and being fully seen
How to cultivate deeper, more intentional relationships
