Content Bytes #15 | Let's talk bots and docs
Before we break for summer, we're going to tackle a question that's hard to ignore right now: how to maintain common sense in a world where AI hides around almost every corner. Faced with AI-enhanced features at work, we often wonder if they genuinely make us more productive or pose a threat to our creativity.
Our guests from Cennso will break down the theory and practical use cases, giving you the perfect talking points for our networking session.
✍️ TOPIC: Hallucinating our way to AI-backed documentation
PART I. THEORY. First, Łukasz will talk about the theory behind AI — RAG, MCP, skills, and workflow. As Łukasz says, LLM is like an uncle at a barbecue who always has an answer. The goal is to ensure those answers are based on trusted knowledge rather than confident improvisation. Together, we'll dive into chunking, RAG, MCP, and Skills — the building blocks that help minimize LLM hallucinations.
PART II. PRACTICE: Martyna and Klaudia will share their experience introducing AI into their company and how it affected their work on docs. When the GenAI boom started, they were very confused. But instead of ignoring the shift, they decided to test it on their own terms. In this short, honest session, Martyna and Klaudia share the ups and downs of integrating AI into their daily routines.
📣 SPEAKERS
Klaudia Grzondziel
Klaudia is a Technical Writer with over 8 years of experience helping people understand complex software. She enjoys creating a wide range of documentation, including tutorials, concepts, API references, observability documentation, and release notes. She has a strong preference for flexible documentation workflows built around Markdown and Git-based platforms such as GitHub and GitLab. Currently, she is exploring how AI and LLMs can support technical documentation — from generating documentation guidelines and improving review processes to building product-aware assistants. Klaudia also writes articles on dev.to, where she shares insights and experiences from her work as a Technical Writer.
Martyna Mentel
Martyna is a Technical Writer with 9 years of experience, currently navigating the shifting landscape of AI integration. Driven by a restless ADHD brain rather than a rigid corporate template, she focuses on a very human challenge: how to experiment with fast-moving tech while still maintaining documentation quality. When she is not wrangling AI tools, Martyna channels her energy into a constantly evolving mix of hands-on passions and a daily routine of caring for her senior cat.
Łukasz Górnicki
Łukasz is an open-source maintainer and AI enthusiast with a strong interest in documentation, knowledge management, and developer processes.
