​Jannis Berning is a business psychologist and organisational development leader with over 10 years of experience. As Head of Talent & Organizational Development at Enpal, he helps companies manage complex change by combining behavioural science with clear processes. He has led more than 1,000 hours of workshops on leadership and change.
