About Event
This talk is part of Hack&Roll 2026’s series of workshops
The talk is built around a simple but powerful insight: the best Al coding experiences come from configuration, not conversation. Instead of repeatedly explaining your project's conventions, architecture, and workflows in every prompt, you encode them once in standardized files that any Al agent can understand.
This talk introduces the audience to the emerging "agent stack" - a set of open standards and patterns that are converging across Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and other tools.
