​The Silicon Oasis Awards 2026 is the premier awards ceremony recognizing the leaders, companies, and visionaries driving Arizona’s technology and innovation economy forward.

​Hosted by Silicon Oasis Initiative — the premier founder-led community for Arizona’s startup ecosystem — the event brings together top founders, investors, executives, operators, and ecosystem builders from across the state for an evening celebrating innovation, leadership, and impact.

​The awards will recognize excellence across software, AI, semiconductors, healthcare, venture capital, defense, advanced manufacturing, community building, and emerging technologies. Winners will be selected through a curated process involving ecosystem leaders, ambassadors, and industry stakeholders.
