Join Hinsdale Mahjong Society for a signature holiday evening inside historic Immanuel Hall. Begin with curated shopping, bubbles and a generous seasonal grazing spread, then settle in for two hours of festive social mahjong.
It’s holiday shopping, cocktail hour and mahjong night wrapped into one beautifully styled HMS experience.
6:00–7:00 PM · The Holiday Hour
Sip something sparkling, enjoy cocktail-style seasonal fare, and shop a curated collection of businesses.
7:00–9:00 PM · Social Mahjong
Take your seat for two hours of festive social play beneath the soaring ceilings of Immanuel Hall.

Guests who bring a new, unwrapped toy, a new or gently used winter coat, or unexpired, shelf-stable food will unlock raffle tickets for our holiday partner prize drawing.
Prizes will feature gifts and experiences contributed by participating First Toast partners. Donations are optional, but generosity may be rewarded rather fabulously.
Before You Register
First Toast is designed for players who understand the fundamentals of American mahjong and can participate in independent social play. This is not a beginner lesson.
Please bring your current National Mah Jongg League card. You do not need to register with a complete table—solo guests are warmly welcomed, and seating requests may be submitted during registration.

Member tickets are reserved for active HMS members and require approval. Capacity is limited to 48 guests.
Tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another mahjong player. Because this experience includes advance food, beverage and partner commitments, regular HMS make-up and account-credit policies do not apply.
