The GTM Hackathon is a 6-day sprint where early-stage startups build and execute a real go-to-market strategy from scratch.
You have a product. You don't have customers yet. This is where that changes.

The Format (15-20th of April)
Day 1 — Brand Strategy Workshop (in-person): Define your ICP, positioning, your WHY–HOW–WHAT, align your product, audience, and market.
Day 2 — Outreach Setup Workshop & Launch (in-person): build your page, set up tracking, start outreach
Day 2–6 — GTM Sprint: execute independently, drive signups, push for initial traciton
Day 6 — Final & Results (in-person): the top 5 teams present their results and approach + networking
On Day 1, 2 and 6 it will be hosted between 18:00-21:00 in person (can be joined remotely but in-peron preferred).

Channel-to-signup conversion rates
Bonus: calls booked, demos done, LOIs, revenue
All scores are adjusted by an cutomer-type difficulty multiplier so niche B2B and mass-market B2C projects compete fairly.
