Lead with Kokoro - Online Book Launch (Americas & APAC)

​Most leadership advice tells you where to go. This book is about how to find your own bearing when the way forward isn't obvious.

​Join Cherry Ward, executive coach and leadership expert, for the online launch of Lead with Kokoro: A Leadership Compass Built on Japanese Wisdom, hosted by Jessie Jakes and Craig Forman.

​The book introduces the Kokoro no Michi Compass: eight Japanese philosophies, from Ikigai to Kaizen, mapped as directions a leader can steer by through change, uncertainty and the ordinary difficulty of leading people well.

​What to expect

​Jessie and Craig will interview Cherry on the story behind the book, including the manager who first showed her what it means to make a team feel seen. Then you'll put the compass to work in small groups, reflecting with other leaders on where yours is pointing. We'll close with open questions.

​Before you join

​You'll receive a link to the Quick Compass Check, a three-minute reflection on a challenge you're facing right now. Take it before the session and bring your direction with you - you'll use it in the room.
