Operators' Sessions: Building Tise with co-founder Axel Franck-Næss
We're kicking off the autumn season of Operators' Sessions with a great one.
Our first guest is Axel Franck-Næss, co-founder, and former CTO and CPO at Tise.
Last year, Tise was acquired by eBay after building one of the strongest consumer products in the Nordics. Together with the team, Axel helped create a product that resonated with an entire generation of conscious consumers.
We'll dive into the decisions behind that journey: user testing and acquisition, retention, funnel optimization, product design, team, competition and consumer psychology.
More importantly, we'll talk about prioritization. Which decisions actually moved the needle? What did they ignore? And how do you make good product decisions when everything feels equally important?
We'll also discuss Axel's new role as Chief Loyalty Officer at Vipps, what he brings from building Tise, and how those lessons apply to one of the Nordics' largest consumer platforms.
I'm especially looking forward to this one. It's been a while since we've had a proper B2C conversation at Operators' Sessions.
We'll be serving pizza and drinks at the event, so there's no need to eat beforehand.
As always, seats are limited, so grab yours while you can.
We look forward to seeing you!
