Workshop: Core Transformation
Core Transformation is a step-by-step method for resolving inner conflict.
Most of us have parts of ourselves that seem to work against us — a part that procrastinates, a part that gets anxious, a part that reacts badly under pressure. Instead of trying to suppress or ignore these parts, CT asks: what is this part actually trying to do for me? By following that question to its deepest answer, people usually discover that every part is seeking something like peace, safety, or a sense of wholeness. Making contact with that deeper need tends to dissolve the conflict — not by forcing a change, but because the part has finally gotten what it was looking for.
In this workshop, we'll try and learn the method together. CT builds on the Focusing-skill. The majority of people can still pick it up without that; but learning CT might be easier if you attended my Focusing-workshop first (https://luma.com/ytpoczh1).
