For one night, Stranger Nights is transforming Poetica Coffee into an analog tea lounge with jazz, deep house, and soul. Bring a book, a crossword, a craft project, or something else you’ve been meaning to finally enjoy. We’ll have warm lamps and a blanket. And if you’re tired, simply close your eyes and listen.

Once you enter and set down your bags, your reservation is all-inclusive for hot decaf tea and baked goods. We'll start slow with jazz and jazz house, drift into deep house, and close with mellow disco and soul.

Tickets are $20 in advance · $25 at the door, space permitting
Your ticket covers everything: decaf tea, baked goods, and music all evening. Once you're inside, there are no transactions.
We’ll reserve 18 spots. If we sell out, join the waitlist and we'll let you know if a spot opens up day-of.
Please purchase mindfully. Tickets are non-refundable one week before the event. Reserved seats are held until 7:45 PM. After that, unclaimed seats go to strangers at the door, and late ticket holders are welcome to enter as space allows
HOUSE RULES
Phones and laptops stay in your bag. E-readers and handheld consoles are welcome with the sound off. Quiet conversation encouraged.
