About Event

How do we move from understanding customer needs to designing services that genuinely work for people?

In this Thursday Gathering, we look at how customer centricity is reshaping the way organisations compete - from experience design to the metrics, data and AI behind it. What does it actually take to turn customer insight into services people notice? First, the methodology: how customer centricity can be measured rather than declared, and how AI turns thousands of open-text comments into concrete priorities. Then the evidence: what it took to put that into practice across a universal German bank.

Whether you work in fintech, financial services, consulting, technology, or another industry, join us for an open conversation about putting people at the centre of business decisions.
