​Get into the autumn spirit with a little bit of Halloween magic.

​In this beginner-friendly 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn latch hook while making two textured coasters: a cozy autumn pumpkin patch and a spooky Halloween scene. Play with colourful yarns, fluffy textures and simple shapes to bring both designs to life.

​Guided step by step by Aashita Jain, founder of Surface Studio, this is a relaxed afternoon of making, experimenting and getting a little crafty for the season.

​Artist Bio

​Aashita Jain is the founder of Surface Studio, a Montreal-based creative practice centred around tactile making, slow crafts and community. With 11 years of experience in fashion and textiles, she creates approachable workshops inspired by traditional craft techniques and material experimentation.

• ​You’ll make two coasters and take both home.
