About Event

Real success is never a solo act.

And it’s the Chief of Staff’s job to bring the whole performance together.

Chiefs of Staff often act as conductors—setting tempo, uniting teams, and keeping leaders aligned so strategies don’t just sound good on paper but play out in practice. When plans drift, timing slips, or parts compete, it’s the Chief of Staff who restores rhythm and makes sure execution holds.

This roundtable—Conductor: Planning, Execution, & the Chief of Staff’s Role in Orchestrating Consistent Results—is part of the 2025 Chief of Staff Practitioner Series. Together, we’ll define the shared standard for strategic planning and execution in the Chief of Staff role.

In this session, we’ll work together to:

  • Clarify how Chiefs of Staff orchestrate alignment across leaders and teams

  • Surface the practices that prevent drift and maintain tempo

  • Share field-tested methods for turning plans into results

  • Define what consistent execution looks like in the CoS role

⭐️ You’ll also:

  • Build your Chief of Staff peer network

  • Help codify a new standard in a critical domain

  • Be listed as a contributor on the published framework

👉 Join us to help write the standard for strategic planning and execution to power Chief of Staff success.
