SYDNEY | Never Build Alone: AI Agents End-to-End with ElevenLabs

💬 Language: THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD IN RUSSIAN. Prefer an English-speaking event? Let us know here and we’ll notify you about the next one.

Our next KANGARU workshop is all about building AI agents, from understanding how they work to building one yourself, end-to-end.

AI agents are already changing the way we work. But how do they actually work, and how can you build one yourself?

You can give an AI a task and trust the output. Or you can build an agent from scratch, if you have the technical expertise. In this workshop, we’ll explore the middle ground: understand how AI agents work under the hood and build your own end-to-end agent on the ElevenLabs platform.

Together, we’ll design and build an agent workflow for a real-world enterprise use case. We’ll break down how an agent makes decisions, works with tools and data, and knows when to bring a human into the loop.

You’ll leave with a working prototype built on ElevenLabs, a clear understanding of how its components fit together, and practical insights into applying agentic systems to real business challenges.

💎 Who’s leading the workshop?

Eva is a Forward Deployed Engineer at ElevenLabs, where she builds agentic systems for customers and helps bring AI into real-world business workflows. With a background in Computer Science engineering, Eva previously worked at McKinsey on technology transformations for large enterprises and across venture projects. Today, she works at the intersection of technology and business, building AI agents and figuring out what actually works in practice, and what only looks good on slides.

No coding experience required. Just curiosity and a laptop.
