我们诚挚邀请各位校友参加由 Creative Asia Art Foundation 举办的群展 In Between。
Creative Asia Art Foundation 致力于通过艺术展览、艺术家项目及公共文化活动，促进亚洲及多元文化背景下的艺术交流与社区连接，为艺术家与公众提供开放的创作与对话空间。
本次展览 In Between 以多元文化语境为背景，探索身份、情感与存在的多重表达，呈现不同个体对于自我、社会与归属感的理解。展览强调多元、开放与共存，邀请观众以自己的方式进入并体验这一空间。

1️⃣ 本次活动目前仅限墨大校友参与。
为确保活动秩序与群管理，请勿代报名，亦请勿携带非校友参加。
2️⃣ 本次活动不接受现场加入。
如未提前报名，恕无法临时参与活动，敬请理解。
3️⃣ 报名时请填写真实手机号码。
后续活动参与度统计，仅以留有真实手机号的报名记录为依据。
5️⃣ 请确认时间后再报名。
如无法参加，可自行寻找替补，并联系组织者更新名单。
6️⃣ 为保障活动体验与整体公平性，无故缺席的情况，将予以记录。

建议自驾、打车或其他合法合规方式前往。如在就餐期间摄入酒精，请自行负责酒精摄入量与出行方式安全。

医疗与紧急情况处理
本人同意，若在活动过程中发生身体不适或突发紧急状况，组织方可在合理范围内协助联络医疗资源或采取必要的应急措施。但本人理解并同意，组织方不对因此产生的任何医疗费用、后续责任或相关损失承担责任。
行为规范与指引遵循
本人同意遵守活动相关规则、场地管理规定及组织方的合理指引。若因本人未遵守上述规定或存在不当行为而导致任何不利后果，均由本人自行承担全部责任。
个人财物保管责任
本人对自身携带的个人物品负有完全的保管责任。如发生遗失、被盗或损坏等情形，组织方不承担任何赔偿责任。
影像资料授权
本人同意组织方在活动过程中对本人进行拍照、录像及相关影像记录，并授权组织方将前述影像资料用于活动记录、推广宣传及相关合理用途。若本人明确提出书面或口头异议，组织方将尽合理努力避免使用涉及本人的影像资料。
个人信息使用
本人同意所提供的个人信息可用于本次活动及相关活动的组织、联络及必要通知。组织方将对相关信息予以合理保护，但若非因组织方故意或重大过失所致的信息泄露，组织方不承担相关责任。
活动变更与终止
组织方有权根据实际情况（包括但不限于场地、天气、安全因素或不可抗力）对活动安排进行调整、延期或取消，且无需就此承担任何责任。
条款效力独立性
如本声明中的任一条款被认定为无效或不可执行，不影响其余条款的法律效力。

✨ Alumni Events | “In Between” DJ Night, Art Exhibition & Social
We warmly invite our alumni community to join “In Between”, a group exhibition presented by Creative Asia Art Foundation.
Creative Asia Art Foundation is committed to fostering artistic exchange and community connections across Asia and diverse cultural backgrounds through art exhibitions, artist projects and public cultural programmes. It provides an open space for artists and the public to create, connect and engage in meaningful dialogue.
Set within a multicultural context, “In Between” explores diverse expressions of identity, emotion and existence, presenting different perspectives on self, society and belonging. The exhibition embraces diversity, openness and coexistence, inviting visitors to enter the space in their own way and experience the works through their own perspectives.

2. Registration
Please register via Luma to reserve your place.
3. Participation Guidelines — Please Read Carefully
1️⃣ This event is currently exclusively open to University of Melbourne alumni. To ensure a smooth event experience and effective group management, please do not register on behalf of others or bring non-alumni guests.
2️⃣ Walk-ins are not permitted. If you have not registered in advance, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you at the event. Thank you for your understanding.
3️⃣ Please provide a valid mobile phone number when registering. For the purpose of tracking participation in future activities, only registration records containing a valid mobile number will be counted.
4️⃣ Please confirm your availability before registering. If you are subsequently unable to attend, you may arrange a replacement attendee yourself and contact the organisers to update the attendee list.
5️⃣ To ensure a positive experience and fairness to all participants, unexplained no-shows will be recorded.
4. Transport & Safety
We recommend travelling to the venue by private vehicle, taxi/rideshare, or other lawful and appropriate means.
If you consume alcohol during the event, you are responsible for managing your alcohol intake and ensuring that your chosen method of transportation is safe and appropriate.

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I confirm that my participation in this event is entirely voluntary. I confirm that my physical condition is suitable for participation and agree to assume responsibility for any risks and consequences arising from or associated with my participation in the event.
Liability & Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the event hosts, organisers, volunteers and relevant partners (collectively, the “Organisers”) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect personal injury, property loss or damage, delay, or other loss or damage arising from or in connection with my participation in the event.
Medical & Emergency Situations
I agree that, if I experience illness, discomfort or an unexpected emergency during the event, the Organisers may, within reason, assist in contacting medical services or take necessary emergency measures.
I understand and agree that the Organisers shall not be responsible for any medical expenses, subsequent liabilities or related losses arising from such circumstances.
Conduct & Compliance
I agree to comply with all event rules, venue regulations and reasonable instructions provided by the Organisers.
If any adverse consequences arise as a result of my failure to comply with such rules, regulations or instructions, or as a result of inappropriate conduct on my part, I accept full responsibility for such consequences.
Personal Belongings
I am solely responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings brought to the event.
The Organisers shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Photography & Video Consent
I agree that the Organisers may photograph, film or otherwise record me during the event and authorise the Organisers to use such images or recordings for event documentation, promotional purposes and other reasonable related purposes.
If I expressly raise an objection, either verbally or in writing, the Organisers will make reasonable efforts to avoid using images or recordings in which I am identifiable.
Use of Personal Information
I consent to the use of the personal information I provide for the purposes of organising, communicating about and providing necessary notifications in relation to this event and related activities.
The Organisers will take reasonable measures to protect such information. However, to the extent permitted by law, the Organisers shall not be liable for any disclosure of personal information that does not result from the Organisers’ intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes, Postponement & Cancellation
The Organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel the event based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to venue availability, weather conditions, safety considerations or force majeure events, without being liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience to participants, to the extent permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision of this disclaimer is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
