Kundalini Yoga w HIERO

​this session takes traditional yoga movements pulling from kundalini + somatic dance practices to start your weekly evening wind down nurturing your relationship with your highest self.

​this series welcomes all levels + is sliding scale ($10-$25).

​Mats are provided + teas are available for purchase! Space is limited so PLEASE cancel at least 24hrs in advance to not take a slot from another community member. Class will be automatically cancelled if there are not more than 2 students signed up for class an hour in advance.
