​Kollaborate & Elaborate with Kathy

​Join us every Thursday at 11am for a hands-on, in-the-field learning experience! We’ll tour local broker opens as a group, then head back to the office to break down what we saw and collaboratively build a CMA. Led by your Managing Broker, Kathy Nosek, this session is all about sharpening your pricing skills, learning how to evaluate properties like a pro, and gaining confidence in your market expertise.

​Each week, you'll:
• Tour active listings with fellow Agents
• Analyze real-time comps and property details
• Work through a CMA together
• Justify pricing decisions with real data and strategy

​If time permits we will either use that same property and write a sales or listing contract to practice those skills.

​If there are no broker tours scheduled, no worries — We’ll stay in the Market Center and Kollaborate with CMA practice, market discussion, and pricing strategy together!
