Leaders or Algorithms is an invite-only HR Leadership Conclave curated by BeingHR in collaboration with Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU), Pune.
Designed as a closed-door leadership experience, this conclave brings together 100 senior HR leaders (CHROs and Head HRs) to engage in honest, peer-level conversations on how AI, data, and algorithms are reshaping leadership and people decisions.
This is not a conference.
