Meditation with Brandon Mehrgut at Gevity

Join us for an evening of non-dual meditation designed to help you experience a deeper sense of ease, clarity, and presence.
In this session, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible practices that calm the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and gently point attention toward a more spacious way of experiencing yourself and the world. Rather than striving to “fix” anything, the emphasis is on relaxing effort and discovering what awareness feels like when it’s allowed to be open, natural, and unforced.
The event is led by Brandon Mehrgut, a meditation teacher with over 20 years of practice and more than a decade of experience teaching internationally. He is the founder of MeditationCommunity.org and previously served as Senior Mindfulness Trainer and Division Leader at Potential Project in Shanghai, where he worked with organizations including Volkswagen, Disney, LEGO, Alibaba, and U.S. government agencies. His teaching style is practical, grounded, and well-suited for both beginners and experienced meditators.

No prior meditation experience is required.
