Join us at The Swell for our weekly founder drop-in. Come once, or come every week. There’s no pitch, no prep, and no commitment—just a space to work alongside other women, share ideas, and ride the momentum of a supportive community.
How it runs: A relaxed rhythm
Show up when you can, stay as long as you need.
9:30 AM – Open Work: Arrive, grab coffee, and work on your own thing.
10:30 AM – The Sharing Circle: A short, casual circle where a couple of women share a tool, tactic, or question.
11:30 AM – Afternoon, Open: Keep working, wander the space, or grab lunch with someone you just met.

We are officially launching The Swell! The first 50 women to join us become founding members and will receive a personalized mini wooden surfboard permanently installed in our space at SURF Incubator.
