Social Impact Strategy: Practical Workshop Series for Social-impact Organisations & Collectives

❓Not sure if your activities lead to the change you desire to see in the world?

❓Want to roll into 2026 with clear(er) direction on where you are going as an organisation or collective?

❓Want to involve your team in decision-making?

❓Want to be more aligned with your next project applications?

If you answered with at least one YES to the previous questions, we are here to support you 👉 design your social impact strategy in three practical workshops! 🪴

PREPARATORY PHASE

0️⃣ Introduction Call: Jan 13 🕓 16-17 CET / 17-18 EET

Introduction to the process, materials used, Q&A.

Before the first session, there will be a homework: to map your ecosystem (stakeholders for each activity/service you provide). Please plan an additional 1-1.5h to finalise this task.

STRATEGY PHASE

1️⃣ Theory of Change: Jan 28 🕒 15-17:30 CET / 16-18:30 EET

Design your Theory of Change – the core of your impact strategy – a logical pathway outlining the activities and short-term goals needed to achieve the long-term societal change you envision.

2️⃣ Impact Indicators: Feb 2 🕒 15-17:00 CET / 16-18:00 EET

Choose indicators to track your progress – specifically suited for your goals & your team’s capacities.

3️⃣ Implementation System: Feb 4 🕒 15-17:30 CET / 16-18:30 EET

Design a system that works for you – align your regular routines with your impact strategy and indicators you wish to track.

FOLLOW-UP

After the series, we will continue following up with you! We will host optional check-ins every few months, providing dedicated time and space for your team to revise the strategy and plans, based on real-life feedback and learning by doing.

❗️ DISCLAIMERS ❗️

⚠️ The hardest part is showing up! We know you’re busy! That’s why we are offering this space for strategic thinking and planning – that otherwise tends to be left for the never-approaching time of “when I finish just this one very important and urgent thing”.

⚠️ The workshops will be 90% practical, with you and your team working on your goals – no magic tricks, no shortcuts.

⚠️ The workshops will be mentally demanding & they might get uncomfortable, as is everything that expands our field of expertise and practice.

Curious?

Excited?

Nervous?

A little bit scared?

Great! It’s a sign of stepping out of the comfort zone & into your next chapter. We will be happy to guide you through it. 🤝

See you on January 13! The Zoom link will be shared shortly before the event.

🇪🇺 The event is organised as part of the RESIST – Regional Ecosystems for Social Innovation and Social Transformation – project. The RESIST project is co-financed by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund) under the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme. More info: https://interreg-baltic.eu/project/resist/
