March Integration Meditation

​Integration meditations take you on a journey to a sacred pond healing space in your heart center. You will be led through a powerful guided integration practice to infuse your being with light and embody the healing and lessons of the past weeks. The experience concludes with setting intentions for conscious application of the embodied light and healing, allowing you to show up as your best self, bringing more of your light into the world.
