Claude & Aperol: Land Your Next Job Using AI
Most job searches feel like shouting into a void. You apply, you wait, you hear nothing. You update the CV again. You apply again.
It can be quite frustrating.
This session is part of the Claude & Aperol series. We do things, not just hear about them. You'll leave with a working toolkit and a job search that actually moves.
What's included:
A preparation kit sent to you in advance. Before we meet, you'll spend about 30 minutes doing one exercise: paste three job descriptions you're drawn to into Claude and bring what comes back. It sets up everything that follows.
A 1:1 consultation (60 min) before the group session. We go through your CV together, look at how you want to position yourself and discuss any questions you might have. There's a difference between a CV that lists what you've done and one that makes a case for what you should do next. My background in psychology and hiring means I've sat on the other side of the table. I know what actually gets someone shortlisted.
The group session will be covering the following topics using AI:
Optimizing your CV (ATS scores, STAR formula, design)
Personalizing cover letters so that you stand out (plus a secret weapon for if you really want the job)
Preparing for interviews in a way that makes you less nervous and more genuinely present
Every step comes with a Claude skill you keep.
No prior AI experience needed. We start from zero and work through everything together.

A note on tools and credits
The tools we use have free tiers, but you'll likely hit the limits during a full build session, that’s why it’s important you do the homework before to spread out the work across sessions.
