Verena Pausder is an entrepreneur, investor, and one of the most influential voices in Europe’s startup landscape. She is the Chairwoman of the Startup-Verband, where she works closely with founders, investors, and policymakers to strengthen Germany and Europe as a place for innovation and entrepreneurship.
She is the founder of Fox and Sheep, one of Germany’s most successful children’s app companies, as well as HABA Digitalwerkstatt, which focuses on teaching kids digital skills like coding and robotics. She is also a co-founder of ada Learning, a platform focused on leadership and digital transformation.
Beyond building companies, Verena is an active investor and ecosystem builder, supporting startups across Europe and advocating for better access to capital, talent, and digital education. She is also a strong voice for female leadership and structural change in the startup world.
