We understand plans can change unexpectedly but late cancellations or no-shows cost us supplies and time, and can mean someone on the waiting list misses out on a spot.

 if you cancel at least 7 days before the event, if we made an error, or if we cancel/reschedule the event.

 for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or no-shows. You're still welcome to cancel your spot, but a refund won't be issued. 

Cancellations are not eligible for credit toward future events.

Please try to let us know if you’re no longer coming as this affects our preparation. 

Cancellations must be submitted by the registrant through the registration platform.

 Our team is unable to cancel registrations on your behalf.

Color your pet with us! Send a photo of your pet in advance so we can make an outline for you to color with either watercolors, markers, or paper.

In order to participate, you MUST submit a photo of your pet 

. We will provide all materials for you to color with.

Pay on the spot at check-in and we kindly ask to buy a drink to support the venue.
