This is designed to be practical, founder-first, and high-signal.
Part 1: Playbook Roundtable (75–90 mins)

Shiva will go deep on:
GTM for vertical AI. What actually worked
How they won their first 10 customers
Finding, converting, and learning from early buyers in a traditional industry
This is a candid walkthrough of real decisions, trade-offs, and mistakes.
Part 2: Demo Room (from within the same group)
From the founders in the room, ~6 will be selected to demo their product live.
Each founder will:
Demo their product using real user flows
Share where they’re stuck
Receive honest, structured feedback from peers and Shiva
This is not a pitch session.
This is a working room for founders who want to get better.
