David Gull is a technology strategist and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles with a career built at the intersection of design, real estate tech, and AI. He trained as an architect at Cornell University and spent six years at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designing hospitals, research labs, and large-scale institutional projects.
He pivoted into prop-tech early, joining Floored as VP of Product Operations before its acquisition by CBRE, the largest commercial brokerage in the world. He then founded Outer Realm, one of the first VR tour platforms for real estate, launching across Oculus, Vive, and HoloLens before a successful acquisition in 2022. He also co-founded Vital, an AI-powered wellbeing coaching platform, and served on the advisory board of Mainstay through its exit in 2020.
For the past year he has advised Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firms on AI adoption as an independent consultant, helping established practices build real workflows around emerging tools, and recently joined xFigura as GTM lead.
David discovered Claude through his consulting work and built Life OS: a personal operating system running on Claude that manages his work, clients, health, and finances through a network of specialized AI agents. He now uses it daily and has onboarded over a dozen clients onto their own versions. At this workshop, he'll share how he built it, what it looks like in practice, and how you can do it too.
