AI Cafe: Using AI Agents To Roleplay As Customers And Stakeholders
This talk will teach you how to use whichever AI you already use to simulate your customers, clients, and stakeholders (like investors or channel partners) so you can reduce risk, increase efficiency, and get the most out of the work you do together.
We will cover basic methods, and look at how different industries already apply this type of AI roleplaying. We will also discuss side-by-side comparisons of getting real market research data from real people versus getting the same data from synthetic AI's. We will cover the ethical considerations of simulating customers, and, at the end, Sean will demo Timepoint, showcasing the "Find Money" tool that helps entrepreneurs connect to revenue and capital rapidly.

Sean McDonald is building Timepoint AI timepointai.com, a synthetic time travel company. A two-time venture-backed entrepreneur, he previously built a fintech social network analysis company (M&A) and an agricultural machine learning + robotics company (fail). He started LA AI Tinkerers (la.aitinkerers.org), one of the largest hands-on AI builder communities in Los Angeles.
As an artist, his work has toured globally, including commissions for Art Basel, LACMA, UNIVISION, Intel, Coca-Cola, and, with a great deal of nerd pride, the World Science Festival. Since the talk covers Ethics, it's worth mentioning Sean studied ethics in college, and published research on Economics and Ethics as an undergrad at UNC Asheville.
