I’m a data scientist, software developer, and entrepreneur driven by a passion for building systems that enhance how people and technology work together.
After earning a master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College, I began my career in enterprise technology integration, ultimately serving as Lead Analyst in the Corporate Operations Engineering department at SpaceX. There, I developed data and automation solutions to optimize workforce operations.
My curiosity for emerging technologies led me to co-found talentDAO, a collective of industrial psychologists pioneering the use of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) for global coordination. I led research efforts to publish open-source psychometrics designed to assess the health of decentralized organizations—tools that have since been adopted across the decentralized science (DeSci) ecosystem.
Through every project, I’ve returned to a core belief: that intelligent coordination lies at the intersection of people and technology.
Today, as the founder of Agency42, I help businesses unlock the transformative power of AI to create more adaptive, symbiotic, and forward-thinking organizations.
