1.1 Tickets or Registrations sold to the Attendees or its Business are non refundable due to the nature of Ticket.

1.2 In case the Attendee is unable to attend the Conference that is applicable to the Ticket they may transfer their ownership until 15 days before the Conference by notifying the Organiser via an email to the following email address: events@gitnation.org

1.3 In case the Attendee is unable to attend the Conference for any reason and is not in a position to transfer their Ticket to another person within time, then the Fee is not refundable.

1.4 The Ticket purchased is for Attendees’s own personal use or business only and may not be re-sold or transferred for commercial gain under any circumstances. Where there has been any re-sale or attempted re-sale of any Ticket (or any other breach of the GTC), the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the relevant Ticket with immediate effect and thus prevent the Ticket holder from attending the Conference.

1.5 Tickets that include the feature of the in-person Conference attendance (non remote-only tickets) are subject to full refund of the Fee in case of complete cancellation of Conference in-person activities due to COVID-19 related government restrictions. Partial Conference restrictions, imposed by the local government on the in-person Conference organization such as, but not limited to, vaccination requirements, negative PCR test result requirements, face covering or social distancing rules, are not subject to this refund clause.

1.6 Tickets that include the feature of the in-person Conference attendance (non remote-only tickets) are subject to partial refund and ticket downgrade to remote-only counterpart, in cases such as government imposed international travel limitations that restrict entry to the country where the Conference venue is located due to COVID-19 pandemic; Attendee has a proven medical condition that prevents compliance with the health and safety regulations imposed by the organizer or the local government in relation to in-person attendance at the Conference venue.
