Under the Hood (Developer Workshop): This 20-minute session is a hands-on deep dive into four key principles for working with LLM APIs: choosing the right abstraction level (libraries, frameworks, etc.), treating prompt engineering as an optimization process, and leveraging flexible/fuzzy metrics. Using Mirascope and Lilypad, we’ll demonstrate how to implement these best practices in real-world development.

Onto the Road (Business Applications): In the second session, we shift focus to applied AI. Ken will present real-world use cases corresponding to the four technical principles covered earlier, illustrating how they translate into business impact.
