Governing Agents at Scale: Enterprise AI Strategies and Challenges
Governing Agents at Scale: Enterprise AI Strategies and Challenges
Event Description:
AI agents are moving from prototype to production—and the governance gap is widening. Written policies don’t keep up with models that change daily, deployment environments that choose the models for you, and agents that run 24/7, have autonomy, can lie, and can influence other agent’s behavior.
In this executive roundtable, we will explore the current state of agentic governance in the enterprise, how leaders are operationalizing policy as code, and what audit and assurance actually look like when systems act on your behalf.
This is a facilitated, closed-door, invitation-only conversation held under Chatham House Rule. We will break into small group roundtables for the facilitated discussion. Each roundtable will engage in expert-facilitated, peer-to-peer discussion to explore the current state of agentic governance in the enterprise, how leaders are operationalizing policy as code, and what audit and assurance actually look like when you deploy agentic systems.
After the roundtable discussion, the participants will reconvene for a read out. Post event the organizers will prepare a read out for the community.
This roundtable is for executives leading AI deployments and AI governance across product, engineering, security, risk, legal, compliance, and the C-suite.
We’ll tackle questions like:
· What are the strategies or approaches you are taking for managing and governing agents?
· How do you contain blast radius when an agent acts on your behalf?
· How do you prove governance is working—to your board, regulators, customers, and your own engineers?
· What scope of agent autonomy do you trust today—and what would have to be true to trust more?
· How are you translating frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, internal policy) into automated, testable controls?
· Who owns AI governance in your organization, and where are the seams breaking?
· Where is the gap between your written AI policy and what’s actually enforced in production?Who Should Attend:
This roundtable is designed for C-level and VP-level executives leading AI strategy, deployment, and governance within their organizations: Chief AI Officers, Chief AI Governance Officers, CTOs, CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Privacy Officers, General Counsel, Heads of Model Risk, AI Governance Leads, ISO 42001 auditors, and senior product, engineering, policy, Trust & Safety, and compliance leaders.
Why Attend:
Learn how your peers are governing agentic systems in production
Share what’s working—and what isn’t—in translating policy into code
Bring back concrete frameworks for ownership, audit, and assurance
Participate in a trusted, off-the-record environment curated for impact
Program:
