AI Realized Executive Roundtable — Considering Private AI: Protection, Price, and Performance: This session explores when running AI within an enterprise-controlled environment makes business sense. Together, we’ll consider how deploying open models on company infrastructure or in a private cloud can help protect corporate intelligence, manage costs, and meet performance requirements, and what responsibilities come with that control.
The AI Realized executive roundtable series brings together leaders driving AI adoption to candidly share experiences, compare strategies, and work through decisions in a closed-door session with a skilled facilitator.
To inform the discussion, Ivan Lee, CEO of Datasaur, and Maher Hanafi, SVP of Engineering at Betterworks, will share data and practical experience to help participants evaluate the costs, benefits, and performance trade-offs of private AI.
Through expert-facilitated, peer-to-peer discussion, we’ll explore three equally important considerations:
Protection: What control do enterprises need over proprietary data, business knowledge, and the intelligence accumulated through AI use? What protection do different deployment approaches provide?
Price: How do infrastructure, staffing, integration, maintenance, and ongoing evaluation affect the economics of private AI?
Performance: Where can private AI meet or improve on hosted alternatives in quality, speed, reliability, and business outcomes?
We’ll compare experiences across enterprise-controlled deployments, hosted open models, and proprietary AI services. Participants will leave with a practical decision framework they can apply to a real workload, including the evidence they need to make the call and the conditions that would prompt them to reconsider.
Who Should Attend
This hybrid roundtable is designed for C-level and VP-level executives leading AI strategy and deployment within their organizations. We welcome a mix of leaders operating private AI and those evaluating where it could fit.
Participation is focused on executives responsible for internal enterprise AI adoption. Executives at AI vendors are welcome when they are leading an internal deployment and participating in that capacity.
