AI Transition Table: Make sense of the AI age, together
AI is already changing how you work, love, and see yourself. So what do we do about it? Come find out together, from AI beginners to power users.
Light refreshments will be provided, including UPLIFT rose-infused functional beverages.
Chapter 1: How Is AI Changing Us—and What Do We Do Next?
We're already living inside the AI transition. Join us to make sense of it together, and leave with a clearer sense of how to navigate it in your work, your relationships, and your life. Small tables, no panel, one question: what will you be glad you started?
Make sense of the AI age, together.
AI is no longer simply a tool we use. It is reshaping how we work, think, create, communicate, build relationships, spend our time, and imagine our futures. Some changes are obvious; others are quietly becoming part of our daily lives before we fully recognize them.
Most of us are navigating this transition alone. The AI Transition Table creates a space to examine it together.
This participatory workshop brings people into small groups of three or four to explore a structured series of questions. Together, we will:
Notice — How is AI already changing our work, relationships, creativity, identity, and daily lives?
Weigh — What benefits are emerging? What patterns or pitfalls are we slipping into? What is becoming more valuable—and what do we refuse to lose?
Imagine — What new needs, opportunities, jobs, businesses, communities, and ways of living could emerge—and how might we respond?
Participants will begin by reflecting individually, using pencils because our answers—and the future itself—remain open to revision. Ideas will then be shared on sticky notes, discussed at each table, and brought together to reveal patterns across the room.
This is Chapter 1 of the AI Transition Table's three-part Founding Series. The patterns we uncover tonight become the starting point for Chapter 2, so the conversation keeps going, and you're not an audience but a co-author. Each chapter stands on its own; newcomers are always welcome.
This is not a lecture, technical demonstration, or debate about whether AI is simply good or bad. No technical expertise is required—only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to think with others.
Who This Is For
Founders, creatives, professionals, community builders, AI practitioners, and curious people who want to understand this transition not only technologically, but personally and collectively.
What You'll Leave With
Greater clarity about how AI is affecting your life and work
A broader perspective shaped by experiences outside your usual circle
A clearer understanding of emerging benefits, risks, and unmet needs
At least one opportunity, question, or practical next step worth exploring
Meaningful connections with others navigating the same transition
The evening will open with a brief guided arrival and a Rose Vibes welcome pour, and conclude with time to connect and continue the conversation.
We do not need to predict the entire future in one evening. That's why this is a series. We only need to begin seeing it more clearly—together.
About the Founder and Host
AI is changing who we are faster than we're talking about it. That's why Nikolai Punchev founded the AI Transition Table.
A founder by trade, Nikolai built Rose Vibes, a pioneering Bulgarian rose–based calm-energy elixir carried by every Erewhon Market and other health-focused businesses across the United States. Through his work with Rosa damascena, one of the botanical world's most prized roses, he has developed wellness products and herbal tonic recipes for recognized brands, including Erewhon and Café Gratitude.
An active user and independent student of generative AI since ChatGPT's public launch, Nikolai has studied its human impact from every angle, listening to the people building the technology as well as historians, psychologists, business leaders, and spiritual teachers interpreting what it means for our behavior, relationships, identity, and sense of purpose. He created the AI Transition Table to bring these questions out of private reflection and into an honest, structured, and collective conversation.
About the Co-Facilitator
Rachel Dunham is a Co-Founder of HD&Me, a human design education company that offers personalized reports, readings, coaching, and workshops. Drawing on her background in psychology, yoga teacher training, and law, Rachel brings a grounded and practical approach to Human Design, using it as a framework to help people better understand themselves, navigate decisions, and develop greater trust in their own internal guidance.
Rachel's interest in AI intersects with her passion for human design. She's particularly interested in exploring how relying on AI as an external authority may shape our relationship with our own judgment, intuition, and sense of self.
