​AI Governance in Action: Turning Principles into Practice

​AI capabilities are advancing faster than many organizations can translate principles, policies and regulatory requirements into effective governance. As regulation tightens in some jurisdictions and loosens in others, the challenge is increasingly practical: how do organizations govern high-capability AI in a way that works in the real world?

​Hosted by the Global Council for Responsible AI (GCRAI), this interactive session brings together perspectives from security, implementation, accountability and organizational practice. Panelists will examine the current state of AI governance and the barriers organizations face when moving from policy to practice.

​Participants will then work in small groups on a focused governance challenge and report their findings back to the room.

​The session concludes with an introduction to GRAICE™ (Global Responsible AI Compliance & Ethics), an operating model that integrates security, implementation and accountability into one governance system, followed by open Q&A.
