​Azmina's Career Background:

​I have a diverse background that spans across various sized organizations, ranging from lululemon, Cactus Club Cafe to Monos. My experience revolves around building strategies for People & Culture, encompassing areas such as rewards & recognition, onboarding, recruitment & selection, learning & development, technology integration, compensation & benefits, organizational design as well as diversity, equity & inclusion.
I have been able to support the growth of winning cultures that have in turn led to a productive and happy workforce, external recognition and retention.
Throughout my professional journey, I have supported in launching 9 new retail and hospitality establishments. I have also been able to support global expansion of brands into Europe, Asia and Australia. I have worked closely with a Board of Directors ensuring we are achieving the company People & Culture goals and thinking creatively and strategically to achieve a winning culture.
