This MIX creates space for a candid, cross-sector conversation about what’s next. We’re bringing together voices from Baltimore’s ecosystem to explore how we sustain inclusive growth in real time.
Through short lightning talks and guided conversations, we’ll dig into the decisions, tradeoffs, and strategies shaping how organizations and communities continue to invest in people, opportunity, and belonging despite shifting conditions. Some are moving forward boldly, others adapting quietly, and many balancing values with changing realities.
Join us to share insights, learn from peers, and imagine what it takes to keep inclusion at the center of innovation and growth, even as the landscape evolves.
