This workshop is designed for founders who want to raise more money, faster and at a higher valuation.
Ross Richmond works closely with founders navigating active raises, helping them refine positioning, pressure-test strategy, and execute a process that actually converts. In this session, he’ll walk through tactics at every stage and how to think about your raise from the outset all the way to money in the bank - and where most founders go wrong. It will be perfect for all founders raising a pre-seed SAFE through their first seed round.
There will be a Q+A at the end where founders can ask questions about their specific raise and strategy.
Ross spent eight years as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Arrive Recommerce, raising $25M and leading through multiple fundraising cycles, hype cycles, and operational inflection points.
After selling the technology to DHL and spending most of 2025 traveling, he started fielding calls from founder friends asking for help with their raises and quickly moved into working with fundraising founders full-time - helping them raise more money, faster, and at a higher valuation. He works with a small group of clients from pre-seed, seed through A rounds, raising a combined $50M+ at any given time.
