About Event

Community Architecture Lab

Turn Every Experience Into Greater Retention, Referrals & Revenue.

An interactive working Lab for established health, wellness, longevity, and health-tech founders who want community and live experience to become a true competitive advantage.

You may already have a strong clinic, wellness brand, membership, technology platform, retreat, education business, or multi-location operation.

Discover how to strengthen the entire client journey using the Community Infinity Loop™ — from the first invitation to the next level of engagement.

Bring a real challenge from your business. Leave with a clearer blueprint for what to improve next.

Opportunity now is to make the entire human journey work together…

How people first encounter your brand.
How they experience your team.
How they connect with one another.
How live experiences deepen trust.
How engagement continues afterward.
And how each touchpoint leads naturally to deeper participation, referrals, and revenue.

That is Community Architecture™.

Inside the Lab

Dr. Mansi Shah and Jon Block will take you through the Community Infinity Loop™ — our framework for architecting the experience around your business across four stages:

Before the Room
Build trust, anticipation, context, and connection before the experience begins.

In the Room
Create environments where people participate, connect, belong, and experience your work more deeply.

After the Room
Extend the value through meaningful follow-up, relationships, and continued engagement.

The Next Room
Create natural pathways into the next experience, membership, offering, referral, or level of participation.

When these four stages work together, community becomes part of the growth architecture of the business — strengthening RRR: Retention, Referrals & Revenue.

Bring Your Real Business

We’ll examine where your current experience is strongest — and where better architecture can create greater connection, continuity, and commercial value.

This Lab is especially relevant for founders already investing in:

live events, patient or client engagement, memberships, retreats, education, multiple locations, or hybrid online/in-person experiences.
