About Dr. Mattia L. Rattaggi
Dr. Mattia L. Rattaggi has been advising in digital finance and Web3 for over a decade. After 20 years in senior banking leadership roles, he transitioned into crypto in 2016, convinced that blockchain would fundamentally reshape financial and economic systems.
He co-founded the world’s first regulated crypto bank, SEBA Bank (now AMINA Bank), and advised pioneering projects in tokenization, digital asset management, and Web3 infrastructure.
Today, his focus extends beyond financial services into non-financial Web3-based commercial ecosystems — particularly exploring new models for film financing and distribution. Mattia has played an active role in shaping Crypto Valley’s institutional evolution, advocating regulatory clarity, responsible innovation, and sustainable integration of blockchain into mainstream systems.
His work bridges capital markets, governance, and emerging technologies, with a long-term vision of building resilient digital ecosystems that combine innovation with sustainable economic foundations.
